Look mom I decorated the tree. The question is what mom will say, "that's nice honey" or "what about the top half?" My money is on, "that's nice honey". I might think differently is he had said, " look dad I decorated the tree". Am I being cynical to think dads are sometimes different from moms? To be honest, it looks like he did a good job on decorating the tree. Perhaps I would also say, "that's nice honey" but don't count on it.
